Vice President Yilmaz: We aim for a trade volume of $5 billion

Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz shared the following on social media: "Following our one-on-one meeting with Mr. Adılbek Kasımaliyev, Chairman of the Kyrgyz Council of Ministers, we successfully concluded the 12th Session of the Intergovernmental Joint Economic Commission. With the 77-item Action Plan and the agreements we signed, we are taking concrete steps to further strengthen our relations in many areas, including trade, energy, transportation, agriculture, education, healthcare, culture, and informatics. Our joint roadmap demonstrates the strong will of our two brotherly countries to carry the 'Comprehensive Strategic Partnership' vision into economic, commercial, and investment areas. Within this framework, we are fully confident that we will achieve our trade volume target of $2 billion in the short term and $5 billion in the medium term. I thank our Kyrgyz friends, especially Mr. Kasımaliyev, for their kind hospitality. I wish the decisions taken and the Protocol of the 12th Meeting of the KEK, which we signed today, to be beneficial."
