When is the last application period for YKS?

There is a short time left for the Higher Education Institutions Exam, which candidates who want to be a university student will take. YKS application and exam dates were determined by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) exam calendar. 2025 YKS APPLICATIONS HAVE STARTED!

The Evaluation, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) announced that applications for the Higher Education Institutions Exam (2025-YKS) have started.

The following statements were made in the statement made by ÖSYM:

''2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (2025-YKS) will be held on 21-22 June 2025. Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) will be held on 21 June 2025, Field Proficiency Tests (AYT) will be held in the morning session on 22 June 2025, and Foreign Language Test (YDT) will be held in the afternoon session.

Applications for the exam will be made between February 6 and March 3, 2025.

Candidates will be able to make their applications through ÖSYM Application Centers or individually from ÖSYM's https://ais.osym.gov.tr address or ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application, starting from 14.45 on February 6, 2025.

Candidates who apply to the 2025 National Defense University Military Student Candidate Determination Exam (2025-MSÜ) are also required to apply to the 2025-YKS in order to be included in the placement process of the National Defense University by the Ministry of National Defense. Candidates who have previously graduated from an associate degree and/or bachelor's degree from a higher education institution must check their graduation information through e-government and ensure that this information is entered into the system through the university they graduated from, if their graduation information is not available in the Higher Education Information System.''
