Four people killed after Israeli forces hit refugee tents in Gaza Strip

According to information received from health sources, Israeli reconnaissance aircraft targeted tents where refugees are staying south of the An-Najad Refugee Camp in the Mevasi region of Khan Younis city.
First aid teams from Kuwait Hospital recovered the bodies of four people, including children, who lost their lives as a result of the attack, from under the rubble, and the injured were transported to the hospital.
Israel has been continuing its genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
Despite international calls and ceasefire decisions by the International Court of Justice, attacks continue with policies of starvation, destruction and forced displacement.
In this US-backed process, an estimated 195,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed or injured. Tens of thousands have disappeared, hundreds of thousands have been left homeless, and a famine continues, killing scores of children.
Israel's restrictions on humanitarian aid shipments to the Gaza Strip pose a "life-threatening" threatThe United Nations (UN) has warned that Israel's restrictions on humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip pose a "life-threatening" threat.
UN Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric, emphasizing the deadly consequences of Israel's blocking of aid inflows, said in a press conference, "Every day there is no ceasefire, preventable deaths occur in Gaza. Children die in agony, people are shot trying to reach help."
Pointing out that the fuel crisis in Gaza is deepening, Dujarric said, "We have managed to deliver approximately 75,000 liters of fuel over the past two days, but this amount is only a small fraction of what is needed to maintain vital daily operations."
Dujarric noted that if current restrictions are not lifted immediately, more services will cease.
Dujarric stated that Israel did not allow UN teams to deliver fuel to northern Gaza and that it also blocked access to an area in Gaza City where 18 injured people were trapped under rubble on Thursday, and all of them lost their lives.
Dujarric shared information that only six of the 15 humanitarian aid activities coordinated with Israeli authorities on Thursday were fully realized, adding that Israel has not allowed any shelter materials to enter Gaza for more than 130 days.
