2- It has been decided that the judgment paragraph will be deemed to have been notified 15 days after the date of its announcement, and that, in the absence of the defendant, the appeal may be filed with the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice within seven days from the date of notification, and IT IS DECLARED. 14.10.2025
