Within the scope of the Official Liquidation of the Estate case being carried out by our court from the file numbered 2025/22 Estate, the close legal heirs of the late Hanifi ERDOĞAN, born on 27/03/1957 with the Turkish ID number 49516515264, born to Halim and Fatma, registered in the 36th volume, 66th household, in the Keskin district, Hacıömersolaklısı neighborhood/village, Kırıkkale province, who died on 26/02/2025, have requested the official administration and liquidation of the estate of the deceased. In this regard, in accordance with Articles 620, 621, and 634 of the Turkish Civil Code, the heirs of everyone who has information about the financial situation of the deceased and those who have creditors against the deceased and those who have debts to the deceased (including creditors and debtors due to guarantee) are requested to inform the following within one month from the date of the second announcement; It is hereby announced to the relevant parties that a receipt may be issued to creditors and debtors for providing information about the deceased's assets by applying to the file of our court with the main number written above, and for reporting their receivables and debts to the file along with their documents. Those who do not provide information without a justified reason or who provide incorrect or incomplete information will not be held liable for any damages arising from this, including the heirs, guardianship holders, or third party creditors. This announcement is made to the relevant parties that, in accordance with Article 629 of the Turkish Civil Code, creditors cannot claim rights from the estate.
