He stated, "We prioritize ensuring that our citizens with disabilities receive home care services while preserving their family unity. With this assistance, we support the preservation and strengthening of family unity by allowing individuals with disabilities to live with their families or relatives without leaving their home environment."

This month, we deposited a total of 5.3 billion lira in Home Care Assistance for fully dependent citizens and their families cared for at home. Currently, 536,000 citizens are benefiting from Home Care Assistance. With this payment, we have provided a total of 37.4 billion lira in support to date through 2025. I hope these payments will be beneficial for all our disabled citizens and their families.
