Iran: Israel poses unprecedented threat to peace and security

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Bekayi stated in a written statement that they condemned Israel's attacks in Syria in the strongest terms.

"Today, everyone clearly sees that the Zionist regime is the biggest threat to peace and stability in the region."

Bekayi, noting that Israel continues its occupation while targeting public buildings in its attacks in Syria, said, "Today, everyone clearly sees that the Zionist regime is the greatest threat to peace and stability in the region and that this regime, by benefiting from the weapons and political support of the US and some other Western countries, particularly Germany, the UK and France, threatens international peace and security in an unprecedented way."

Bekayi stated that inaction against Israel's genocide and crimes in Gaza has led Tel Aviv to escalate its aggression in the region, and called on the OIC and the UN to take immediate and effective action to stop Israel's dangerous warmongering and expansionism in the region.
