In recent years, an arrest warrant was issued for Muhammed Yakut on charges of “attempting aggravated plunder” and “illegally obtaining and disseminating personal data” as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The prosecutor’s office later applied to the Ministry of Justice to issue a red notice for Yakut.
