📍Those with a disability of 60% and above with 15 years and 3960 premium days, 📍Those with a disability of 50%-59% with 16 years and 4320 premium days,
📍Those with a disability between 40% and 49% will be able to retire with 18 years and 4680 premium days.
In addition, civil servants will also have the right to early retirement under the same conditions.
Changes Brought by the New Regulation
The new law will remove the difference between before and after 2008, especially for SSK insured individuals. Previously, a tax reduction document was required, but now the direct loss of working capacity rate will be taken into account. Thus, the processes will be accelerated and the decisions of the health boards will be the basis.
In addition, the report evaluation system is also changing. While different diseases were calculated separately in the past, now the loss of working capacity will be measured by looking at the effect of the person's work. A minimum disability rate of 40% will be maintained.
