The number of detainees in the FETO operation in 60 provinces, centered in Izmir, has risen to 252.

Eight more of the 371 suspects for whom detention warrants were issued were apprehended in simultaneous operations launched yesterday morning by police teams in 60 provinces, centered in Izmir. This brings the number of suspects detained to 252.

What had happened?It was determined that finance was collected by making it appear as if food was sold to people who were being prosecuted for membership in FETO, both domestically and abroad, and that these funds were sent to members of the terrorist organization under the name of "food parcels", and detention warrants were issued for 371 suspects.
