TMSF Launched a Sales Tender for Türkiye's Leading Furniture Brand İstikbal

According to the statement made by TMSF, 100% of the shares of İstikbal Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which has passed into the ownership of the Treasury, will be offered to investors through a tender process in which closed bid and open auction methods will be applied together.

As is known, İstikbal Mobilya was transferred to a trustee in 2016 within the scope of the FETO/PDY investigation, and after the confiscation decision of the High Criminal Court was approved by the Supreme Court of Appeals, the company shares were transferred to the Treasury.

The estimated value of İstikbal Mobilya, which is the subject of the sale, was determined as 12 billion 500 million TL (12,500,000,000 TL).

The tender specifications can be obtained from the TMSF Affiliates and Real Estates Department, Büyükdere Cad. No:143 Esentepe 34394 Şişli/İstanbul, by investors who meet the conditions specified in the sales announcement.

Investors will be able to visit İstikbal Mobilya facilities between July 4 and September 26, 2025, obtain detailed information about the company and review data.
