İmamoğlu is a suspect in the congress investigation, Kılıçdaroğlu is a victim!

An indictment has been prepared in the investigation launched into the allegations that the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress was suspicious. In the indictment, former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was listed as a victim, and CHP's arrested presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu was listed as a suspect.

The news on Ekol TV stated, "The indictment in the congress investigation was eagerly awaited. An investigation was launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office following allegations that votes were cast in exchange for money at the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress held on November 4-5, 2023. The indictment was completed within the scope of the investigation."

IMAMOGLU IS SUSPECT

According to the information reported by Ekol TV; Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was included as a victim in the indictment, and Baki Aydöner, Cemil Tugay, Ekrem İmamoğlu, Erkan Aydın, Hüseyin Yaşar, Mehmet Kılınçaslan, Metin Güzelkaya, Özgen Nama, Özgür Çelik, Rıza Akpolat, Serhat Can Eş were included as suspects. The number of suspects in the indictment is 12.

On the other hand, the accusation in the indictment was the violation of the Political Parties Law No. 2820.

LÜTFÜ SAVAŞ COMPLAINANT

While Lütfü Savaş was listed as a complainant in the indictment, the statements of 16 witnesses, including Hatip Karaaslan, Tolgahan Erdoğan and Yılmaz Özkanat, were included in the indictment.
