Beşiktaş's statement on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Beşiktaş has denied media claims that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be leaving the club. A statement on the club's official website read, "The reports published in print and broadcast media, citing foreign sources, claiming that we will part ways with our manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and subsequently sign a contract with manager Nuri Şahin are unfounded. We respectfully submit this for the information of our community and the public."

The Norwegian manager has played 24 matches with Beşiktaş, including 17 in the Trendyol Super League, four in the UEFA Europa League, and three in the Ziraat Turkish Cup. During that time, the 52-year-old has won 12 matches, drawn four, and lost eight.
