Employers and job seekers meet under the same roof in Kağıthane

During group interviews held at the center, citizens have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers from various sectors. This allows candidates to directly apply for jobs that match their profession and experience, while businesses can quickly secure the qualified personnel they are looking for.

Finally, mass recruitment interviews were held for the automotive company that will be selling and servicing Volkswagen and Skoda vehicles, a new addition to the district. Of the 75 people invited to the interviews, 65 participated, and following evaluations, 15 citizens were included in the recruitment process. The Employment Service Point, open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offers job applications, as well as career planning and consulting support. This allows participants not only to secure employment but also to shape their future career goals.
