Leipzig announced that the 22-year-old winger Bakayoko has signed a contract until June 30, 2030.

It was claimed in the German press that the transfer was made for a transfer fee of 22 million euros, including bonuses.

Bakayoko, who grew up in the PSV youth academy, was promoted to the senior team in 2022.

The young football player, who won the league, cup and Super Cup with his team in the Netherlands twice, scored 33 goals in 131 matches.
