Sports equipment support for schools in Tunceli

Deputy Governor Fikret Dağ, Munzur University Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Peker, Tunceli Youth and Sports Provincial Director Aytaç Keklik, Provincial Director of National Education Bahameddin Karaköse and many school administrators, teachers, trainers and students attended the program held at the Tunceli Indoor Sports Hall for the delivery of sports equipment.

Karate and folk dance shows were organized for the participants of the program, and the events attracted great attention. In the organization that aims to spread sports culture, sports equipment was delivered to the students by Deputy Governor Fikret Dağ and protocol members.

The distributed sports equipment included tracksuits, shorts/t-shirts, basketball, football and volleyball balls, table tennis rackets and balls, and badminton rackets .

This support program, which aims to strengthen the sports infrastructure in Tunceli and encourage students to do sports, is expected to continue in the coming periods. Authorities stated that similar projects will continue to spread sports to the grassroots and to ensure that young people lead more active lives.
