Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe clubs were sent to disciplinary proceedings due to "pitch incidents and ugly and bad chanting".

Galatasaray's Argentinian footballer Mauro Icardi was sent to disciplinary board for "acting against instructions" and coach Serhat Doğan for "acting unsportsmanlike".

In Fenerbahçe, administrators Mario Branco and Okan Özkan and coaches Sandro Zufic, Stefano Rapetti and Ricardo Formosinho were referred to the board for "acting against instructions."

In addition, clubs such as Ikas Eyüpspor, Beşiktaş, Net Global Sivasspor and Bellona Kayserispor were also sent to disciplinary proceedings for various reasons.
