Zümra returned from Europe as a champion

Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club karate athlete Zümra Rezzan İm added another achievement to her list. The accomplished athlete competed against formidable opponents in the international Series A competitions held in Salzburg, Austria, from September 5th to 7th.

Representing both our city and our country on the national team, the athlete advanced to the finals by defeating Belgium in the first round, Poland in the second, Montenegro in the third, Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fourth, and Italy in the fifth. Our representative, who eliminated her French opponent in the final, became the champion in the 55-kilogram category.
