Horrific accident in Çorum: Pedestrian hit by car dies
The car with the registration number 19 AFS 083, driven by Ahmet E., hit the pedestrian Safiye Okumuş in the Karaçalı location on the Eski Alibey village road.
Upon notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
Okumuş, who was declared dead by medical teams, was taken to the morgue of Bayat State Hospital.
The driver, Ahmet E., was detained.
