İnan Kıraç went to the Forensic Medicine Institute within the scope of the "marriage annulment" case

After the famous businessman İnan Kıraç married Emine Alangoya in December 2024, his daughter İpek Kıraç applied to the 18th Family Court of the Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse and requested the annulment of her father's marriage. The court then decided to refer Kıraç to the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine whether his mental faculties were sound. Kıraç arrived at the Forensic Medicine Institute in the morning hours accompanied by his lawyer. Kıraç, who stayed inside for about 2.5 hours, left the Forensic Medicine Institute in the vehicle he came in.
İpek Kıraç, the daughter of İnan Kıraç (87), who married Emine Alangoya (75) in December 2024, applied to the 18th Family Court of the Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse for the annulment of the marriage. İpek Kıraç claimed that the report given to İnan Kıraç from a private hospital before the marriage did not reflect the truth. Thereupon, the court decided to refer Kıraç to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an examination to be conducted 'as to whether his mental faculties are in place' .
HE CAME WITH HIS LAWYER
Kıraç, who was given a date to appear at the Forensic Medicine Institute on Wednesday, February 5, submitted a petition of excuse to the court. Thereupon, the court decided that İnan Kıraç would go to the Forensic Medicine Institute on Wednesday, February 26. Kıraç came to the Forensic Medicine Institute in the morning accompanied by his lawyer.
HE STAYED INSIDE FOR 2.5 HOURS
Kıraç, who came to the institution with his vehicle, stayed inside for approximately 2.5 hours. Kıraç and his lawyer left the Forensic Medicine Institute at noon in the vehicle they came in. A report on the subject is expected to be prepared after the psychiatric examination at the Forensic Medicine Institute.
