I’m a travel expert - you should head back to this popular Spanish spot in 2025

Spain has long been hailed as one of the top European countries for the ultimate getaway.
And according to travel experts, there is one region in Spain that most definitely belongs on your travel list and should be your next port of call in 2025.
With 300 days of balmy sunshine a year, average temperatures of an impressive 20C in March, history throughout and some of the most delicious food in the world - it’s a no-brainer why Valencia is the city to explore in 2025.
In a popular travel Youtube channel video from @thedeparturebrief entitled: “Why you need to visit Valencia in 2025”, the two Aussie explorers further highlighted the epic sights to explore in this magical place.
They said: “Stop number one is the Valencia Central Market which is the spot to come and sample all the foods of the region without the expensive restaurant costs.
Next on the intrepid travellers list was Old Valencia with “lots of vintage shops and lots of cool cafes - it's just funky”.
Plaza de la Reina is another must-visit when in Valencia which @thedeparturebrief describes as being: “This pocket of Valencia sure is pretty and filled with marbled floors and buildings that look like churches.
“Valencia as a city is absolutely beautiful, I like how most of the buildings are a sandy yellow/orange colour, the streets are mostly walkable, there’s history all around and food… come on, how good”.
These sentimental feelings towards Spain’s most popular tourist spot were also echoed by The Independent’s Michael Hodges who declares Valencia is back open for business.
Hodges explained that despite the catastrophic floods, Valencia is the place to visit and further explains why it's time to head back to the ultimate sunny Spanish city.
Hodges adds how the month of March is the ideal time to visit thanks to “the city-wide celebration, the Fallas”.
