THE RUNDOWN:

  • Fifth Harmony reunited on August 31 at the Jonas Brothers’ Dallas concert, performing “Worth It” and “Work From Home.”
  • Camila Cabello was absent, but supported her former bandmates by dropping heart emojis on their Instagram post.
  • This was the group’s first performance together in seven years, following their 2018 hiatus to pursue solo careers.

Camila Cabello is sharing her thoughts on the recent Fifth Harmony reunion, which didn’t include her.

On August 31, the group (now comprised of Normani, Lauren Jauregui, Dinah Jane, and Ally Brooke) performed at the Jonas Brothers concert in Dallas, Texas. They sang “Worth It” and “Work From Home,” marking their first time onstage together in seven years.

The group posted footage from the performance on Instagram with the caption, “Where were you on August 31, 2025? Thank you @jonasbrothers for having us. Felt amazing to be back 💖” (Their website also has new merch for sale. Hoodies and t-shirts read, “Where Were You On August 31, 2025?” on the back.)

Cabello, who left the group in 2016, showed her support by commenting four red heart emojis on the post.

She probably wouldn’t have been able to make it anyway, since she had a solo show in Sydney, Australia, on Saturday night, according to Rolling Stone. Still, fans were disappointed that she wasn’t there. One commented, “WHERE U AT BABY WHERE U ATTTTTTT???? @camila_cabello.” Another added, “we need camilaa also.” Some also noted that the group used Cabello’s background vocals for the performance: “They could of just asked Camila to come back instead of using her soundtrack,” one fan wrote. Another said, “All I hear is Camilla’s vocals 😅.”

Two years after Cabello exited Fifth Harmony, the group announced their official hiatus in 2018 to “pursue solo endeavors.” They added, “We are all very excited and grateful to be able to take this time to learn and grow creatively and really find our footing as individuals. In doing this we are allowing ourselves to gain new experiences, strengths and perspectives that we can bring back to our Fifth Harmony family.”
