Aldi is selling garden essential which will light up your yard this spring – and it’s £8 cheaper than other shops

ALDI is back with another snazzy dupe to spruce up your patio and elevate your "feng shui.”

Shoppers are going bananas for their solar-powered bollard lights, which you can whack in the ground and voila, like magic, they turn on when the sun goes down.

No need for pesky batteries, cables or wiring.

Aldi's classy “Solar Stainless Steel Bollard Stake Lights” cost just £4.99, over eight quid less per light than Value Lights' version, which costs £54.99 (£13.75 each) for a pack of four.

One happy customer described them as “stately, but not overstated,” crediting the lights for allowing her to turn her garden into an “elegant grotto.”

Built to last, the lights, which measure 7.5 x 7.5 x 57.5 cm, come with a two-year warranty- quite a show of confidence for an outdoor gadget.
