'I lost over 7st in just 18 months by making this 1 change'

Now a dedicated fitness enthusiast, Georgina exercises nearly every day and has completed a marathon – a goal that once felt out of reach when she struggled to run 100 metres.
Her metabolic age has dropped dramatically from 45 to just 16, and she reports feeling truly happy for the first time in years.
"I now exercise or train pretty much every day – I have absolutely fallen in love with staying fit and healthy," she said.
