Arizona Muse Hits the Beach Horseback on the ‘Effortless’ Cover of ELLE France

ELLE France outshines the competition on the regular, and we ride hard for the French fashion weekly on a very regular basis. After all, covers starring the likes of Demi Moore, Laetitia Casta, Angèle, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Eva Mendes, Estelle Lefébure, Dorit Revelis, and Paulina Porizkova have enthralled us to no end over recent months. Véronique Philipponnat, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, welcomes Arizona Muse onto the cover of ELLE France for August. The American model (who first burst onto the modeling scene circa 2010) hits the beach horseback in the charming cover image, lensed by Camilla Akrans. Styled by Hortense Manga, Arizona gazes down Akrans’ lens sporting a jacket and shorts from Louis Vuitton.

“Beautiful! A feel-good cover,” instantly admired MModa upon checking out the cover.

“Love it. Arizona Muse has this instant timeless beauty that works every time,” noted Xone.

“Camilla Akrans used Arizona frequently during her peak in 2011-2012. So nice to see them collaborating again,” enthused forum member Summer Day.

“Arizona looks good. It’s refreshing to see her in this kind of very French bohème aesthetic. During the peak of her career, she had a rather sophisticated persona. This is a kind of reinvention. Maybe this is closer to what she really is. Perfectly executed,” Lola701 commended.

Vogue28 also liked what they saw. “More often than not, I hate animals on the covers of fashion magazines but this has been executed perfectly. Very nicely done from Camilla Akrans. Always been a fan of Arizona Muse, so it’s wonderful to see her back in the fold here,” he shared.
