Scarlett Johansson Goes Au Naturel on the June 2025 Cover of Vanity Fair

Make no mistake, Lachlan Bailey is one of those photographers that a whole multitude of magazines and brands have come to depend upon for terrific fashion imagery. Whether the Australian lensman is capturing covers for Vogue Australia, WSJ. Magazine, or delivering sun-drenched campaigns for Swedish retail giant H&M – Lachlan Bailey is a master of his craft. Radhika Jones at Vanity Fair calls upon the industry favorite to capture the title’s June 2025 cover shoot, complete with Scarlett Johansson as cover star. The team ventured to a beach in Long Island, New York, to capture the moment. For the cover image, the celebrated American actress appears effortless and undone, glancing over her shoulder down on the shoreline, and dressed by cover shoot stylist Géraldine Saglio in Prada.
