Arsenal are getting ready to launch an official bid for RB Leipzig star Benjamin Sesko.
According to transfer insider Ben Jacobs, the Gunners are ready to take the next step as they attempt to land Sesko this summer.
Jacobs told talkSPORT that the striker’s release clause is worth about €80million (£67m).
And the North Londoners will try and negotiate a smaller fee.
According to The Times, Sir Dave Brailsford will be reducing his commitment to Manchester United and returning to his role as director of sport for Ineos.
Brailsford stood down as team principal of Ineos Grenadiers when Sir Jim Ratcliffe purchased his minority stake in United.
He then took charge of football operations at Man Utd and has been in that role for a year trying to implement change at the club.
However, the season has been nothing short of a disaster after the Red Devils finished a record-low 15th in the Premier League.
The Red Devils have reportedly made their opening offer for Bryan Mbeumo.
United have submitted £45m up front plus £10m in add-ons.
The offer is said to be way below the fee Brentford will need to consider selling the forward.
Recent reports have stated that the Bees will demand a fee in excess of £60million after Mbeumo declared his interest in a move to Old Trafford.

Arsenal have opened talks with Bayern Munich star Leroy Sane ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to transfer insider Christian Falk, the Gunners are talking to Sane’s agent Pini Zahavi over a potential deal.
The winger is tempted to move to London as his family reside there.
The same source reports North London rivals Tottenham are likely to battle for the Germany international’s services.
However, the 29-year-old wants a £192,000-per-week base salary, on top of £2.5million in bonuses and a signing-on fee.
Chelsea have completed the signing of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town.
According to Sky Sports, the Blues agreed a £30million deal with Ipswich for Delap.
Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano reports the striker has signed a contract until 2031 with the Blues.
The England Under-21 international was also targeted by other clubs, such as Manchester United and Everton.
Chelsea are interested in signing West Ham star Mohammed Kudus.
The Blues have long admired Kudus, dating back to his time at Ajax.
According to The Mail, the West Londoners remain keen on the versatile forward.
The same source adds that the Ghana international's' contract will possess an £85million release clause during the first 10 days of July.
Whether Chelsea would be willing to offer such a large sum for the 24-year-old remains to be seen.
Enzo Maresca's side could instead attempt to negotiate a lower fee for Kudus.
Manchester City are optimistic of signing Wolves ace Rayan Aït-Nouri.
That is according to The Guardian, who report City are yet to bid for Ait-Nouri but he is still regarded as a primary target.

Chelsea have made a move to sign Mohammed Kudus from West Ham.
The Ghanaian winger has previously been linked to both Arsenal and Manchester United.
The Mail have claimed that the Blues are keen on the star.
The West London side have from July 1 to July 10 which is when his £85million release clause is active.
