Inter have confirmed the signing of Polish midfielder Nicola Zalewski from Roma, after the Nerazzurri exercised their €6.5 million option-to-buy in the player’s loan contract.

Zalewski, who spent the second half of the 2024-25 campaign on loan with Inter, featured in 17 games in all competitions since his transfer on February 1.

A fine season for Zalewski

The Polish international made an instant impact for the Nerazzurri, winning fans over immediately after assisting Stefan de Vrij’s stoppage-time equaliser in the Milan derby the day after he signed for the club.
