Berlin, 1946. The capital lies largely in ruins. Administrative chaos reigns in the four sectors administered by the victorious powers. A golden era is opening for criminals. In this situation, a curious trio of crooks conspires for a very special robbery. They want nothing less than to steal the Reichsbahn's main cash register, which is brimming just before the monthly payroll is paid. Despite some obstacles, they succeed, but the bigger problems follow later.
