Greens and the left-wing extremist Hammer Gang are even closer than expected

Thuringian Green Party MP Katrin Göring-Eckardt apparently has a good relationship with a suspected left-wing extremist. The politician, who served as Vice President of the Bundestag for many years, has her constituency office located in the "Green House" in Jena, at Schillergässchen 5. Maja T. has received outpourings of solidarity from this address.

Maja T., whose real name is Simeon T., is in custody in Hungary for allegedly seriously injuring several people. In February 2023, T., who is said to be part of the notorious "Hammer Gang," allegedly attacked neo-Nazis with several other accomplices. The Federal Prosecutor's Office accuses T. of membership in a criminal organization and dangerous bodily harm. The perpetrators used hammers, among other weapons, to attack their victims, who suffered skull and facial fractures.

After her arrest in Berlin, Simeon T. changed her name to Maja and describes herself as "non-binary." Left-wing extremists, Left Party politicians (Heidi Reichinnek, for example), and Green Party politicians are demanding Maja T.'s return to Germany – partly because prison conditions for trans and non-binary people in Hungary are harsher than in this country.

The Red Aid and an autonomous information shop are also located here

Meanwhile, solidarity mail addressed to Maja T. is being collected at the "Green House" in Jena and sent to prison in Hungary. Various left-wing extremist Antifa websites, including a "Jena Solidarity Circle for the Budapest Trial," are calling for encouraging letters to be written to the alleged perpetrator via "Prisoner Solidarity Jena, c/o Infoladen Jena, Schillergässchen 5, 07745 Jena."

In addition to the Green Party district association, other organizations share the same address in the “Green House,” such as the “Infoladen Jena,” a contact point for the left-wing autonomous scene, from which Maja T. also comes.

The left-wing extremist Red Aid, which has been under surveillance by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution for years, is also based here. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution writes: "As its primary field of activity, 'Red Aid e. V.' supports left-wing extremist criminals, offers them political and social support, and provides legal and financial assistance." Red Aid e. V. thus promotes the nationwide networking of left-wing extremists, ensures the overarching cohesion of the various currents within the scene, and provides a legitimizing framework for the commission of left-wing extremist-motivated crimes and acts of violence.

Katrin Göring-Eckardt is concerned about the rule of law in Hungary

Katrin Göring-Eckardt, who was Vice President of the Bundestag for many years, visited Maja T. in prison last weekend together with Green MEP Daniel Freund.

"The rule of law in the proceedings must be guaranteed. There are considerable doubts about this," she explained her trip to the Berliner Zeitung. According to her, Maja T. is subjected to solitary confinement, disproportionate measures, and a politically charged justice system. Maja's case concerns "the core of our European values. A common understanding of human dignity, the rule of law, and fair justice in Europe."

A question from the Berliner Zeitung asking whether Göring-Eckardt approves of the mailing from the "Green House" to Maja T. has so far been left unanswered by the politician. The same applies to the question, currently being discussed on X, among other places, about how close the Greens, the Left Party, and the Hammer Gang are.
