Nations League in jeopardy? Bisseck substituted injured

It was a brief appearance for Yann Aurel Bisseck in the Champions League final. Less than ten minutes after his substitution, the defender's evening was already over.

Yann Aurel Bisseck was a consistent starter for Inter Milan during the final stages of the league campaign. In the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain, the 24-year-old had to watch from the bench as his team fell behind early on and went into the break with a 2-0 deficit.
In the 54th minute, the defender finally stepped onto the pitch at Munich's Allianz Arena, replacing Benjamin Pavard. A few moments later, however, Bisseck's workday was over. After a dribble, he lost the ball to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the Paris Saint-Germain half, stumbled, fell, and remained on the ground. He held his right thigh and was subsequently forced to leave the field limping in the 61st minute.
Whether Bisseck will be able to join the German national team for the upcoming Nations League matches after the final as planned remains to be seen, given his heavily bandaged thigh.
