Businesses with air conditioning report a significant increase in customers during this hot season.

Supermarket with frozen food area.- Businesses with air conditioning have reported a substantial increase in customers during this hot season, in a mystery that no one has been able to fully explain.

From pharmacies to bank branches, to shops selling blinds, the phenomenon has been consistent: citizens enter sweating, feigning interest in products they have no interest in (nor can afford), just to stay as long as possible under the glorious blast of cold air.

“Yes, the young man had been looking at a power drill for 40 minutes. When I offered to help him, he asked if it could be returned after purchase, and when I told him no, he said he'd just wait for his wife to finish looking at the floors,” a Home Depot employee explained.

It seems that air conditioning attracts people who are afraid of CFE bills.

There has been so much abuse of hot people with fear of the CFE that coffee shops have had to implement new policies to avoid thermal customers , individuals who order a coffee of the day and stay for eight hours watching TikToks in the coldest corner of the place.

“One even came with his own blanket and pillow,” a barista explained, pointing his ring finger at a customer wearing a beret.

Walmart, for its part, reported that its dairy and frozen food section has become the new social club for seniors, even for housewives who stay there until their children's school dismissal time.

To continue the laughs: a couple was watching fireworks at home and one ended up flying through their balcony.
