Eat after use: Edible accordions captured in Cancun for the judicial election

Consecrated Voting Box.- In Cancún, it was discovered that a type of edible accordion was being distributed for voting in the judicial election, and this is the equivalent of "self-destructing in 10 seconds..."

Following election day for representatives of the judiciary, one of the most striking things on social media was the distribution of accordions (voting guides) to voters, which was even condemned by the INE (National Electoral Institute).

The INE's decision was very timely, just when 36 million accordions had already been distributed. Standing ovation. pic.twitter.com/EnpWF3kDZL

This accordion disappears after going to “communion”

These "templates" came with "suggested" numbers for citizens to place on the 10 ballots they were given to elect the various candidates for judicial positions.

While the accordion alone could constitute a violation of electoral law and the free exercise of the right to vote, in Cancún they discovered a more advanced mechanism to eliminate any evidence: the accordion was made of a "non-toxic" material, designed so that the citizen could eat it after casting his vote, thus erasing any trace of interference.

If you think you've seen it all...

In Quintana Roo, they made an edible accordion to leave no trace...

It's wafer! pic.twitter.com/zVfX57Alv6

The edible wafers, shaped like religious hosts, were delivered to citizens of Quintana Roo, according to social media reports. However, as previously explained, no evidence was left behind... because they were washed down with consecration wine (to lend consistency to the "electoral consecration").

“We'd have to see if it's true (about the edible accordions); we'd have to investigate. The authorities have to do so in the 1,286 polling stations open. First, the electoral authority will have to intervene. I haven't seen them. There have been flaws that have existed for a long time, over the years. But let the people decide voluntarily, freely, and go out and exercise their right,” the state governor declared, without specifying where they would have to look for the “evidence.”

And to keep you laughing: an airline will start charging passengers who stand up before the plane stops.
