Secretaries lead accordion operation in New Mexico

After Governor Samuel García 's fraudulent operation to coerce state employees by distributing "accordions" containing lists of judicial candidates for whom they must vote on June 1st became evident, the MC administration removed meetings from public offices and brought them to private homes, where heads of state secretariats attended.
