AV Villas Bank announced the opening of new job opportunities in various regions of the country.
The financial institution, with a national presence, is seeking committed, innovative, and strategically-minded professionals to strengthen its teams in several cities.
In addition, it called for university students who wish to complete their internships during the second semester of 2025.
The vacancies are primarily aimed at professionals with experience in the financial sector, especially in commercial roles. The cities where these positions are available include Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Facatativá, and Soledad (Atlántico).
The open positions are:- Office Manager in Bogotá: Professional in administrative careers, with at least three years of experience leading commercial teams in the financial sector and comprehensive knowledge of liability, asset, and service products.
- Office Manager in Facatativá: With a similar profile to the previous one, the candidate is expected to have experience coordinating sales teams and mastery of financial products.
- Supernumerary Office Manager in Medellín: One year of experience leading sales teams and general knowledge of financial products is required.
- Office Manager in Soledad (Atlántico): As with the previous management positions, a minimum of three years of experience in the financial sector is required.
- Factoring Specialist in Cali: Professional with at least two years of experience in factoring products and in customer relations in the business segment.

According to Gerardo Hernández Correa, president of AV Villas Bank, the goal of this call is to consolidate strong, diverse, and inclusive teams.
