GameSquare sets the sale price

GameSquare Holdings announced Thursday that it has priced its public offering of approximately 46.7 million shares at $1.50 per share, raising approximately $70 million.
The firm also granted its underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 7 million additional shares. The offering is expected to close on Friday.
The company stated that it intends to use the net proceeds to increase its position in Ethereum.
GameSquare shares fell more than 30% in late trading Thursday.
Alphabet's Waymo unit and Uber announced Thursday the expansion of their self-driving car service area in Austin, Texas, to cover 90 square miles (240 square kilometers) from the previous 37 square miles (94 square kilometers).
The expanded area now stretches from north to south Austin and includes neighborhoods such as Crestview, Windsor Park, Sunset Valley, and Franklin Park, as well as key locations like The Domain and McKinney Falls State Park, the companies said.
The service offers fully autonomous rides 24/7, with no waiting lists or special requirements, they added.
The companies added that more than 100 Waymo vehicles currently operate through the Uber app in Austin, and they plan to increase that number.
MicroCloud Hologram announced the purchase of up to $200 million in bitcoin and cryptocurrency-related derivatives, with cumulative investment proceeds of approximately $34.7 million as of today.
The company indicated that the purchases are part of its strategy to explore the cryptocurrency market for future business expansion and capital operations in the sector.
MicroCloud Hologram said it currently has $394 million in cash reserves and plans to invest in technology developments such as bitcoin-related blockchain, quantum computing, holography, and AI-powered augmented reality.
MicroCloud Hologram shares rose 5% to $5.88 each on the Nasdaq in Thursday trading.
Grupo Financiero Banamex, the spin-off of Citibanamex's consumer and business banking and other assets, has renewed its strategic alliance with global software provider Global Payments in point-of-sale payments.
Banamex said it maintains a partnership with Global Payments through its EVO Payments business unit, which processes nearly 900 million transactions annually through more than 250,000 points of sale in Mexico.
The renewal of this agreement allows the two companies to offer Mexican merchants cutting-edge financial technology, e-commerce tools and capabilities, as well as global best practices acquired in more than 38 countries, combined with consolidated local coverage.
