Banks continue to launch fixed-income funds for more conservative profiles. The latest is ING , which has registered the Prudent Orange Fund, which offers an estimated return of 1.95% APR and will serve as an alternative or safe haven for those who fear downward movements in the stock market and want to earn a return on their money.
The Prudent Orange Fund, which is available today, invests primarily in very short-term corporate debt (promissory notes) and, to a lesser extent, in European government debt.
The fixed-income fund is characterized by the flexibility inherent to ING products and maintains the characteristics of simplicity, transparency, and low costs, with no subscription or redemption fees . It is also launching a promotion with up to €400 bonuses for clients who decide to open a Salary Account. The promotion will be active until June 22.
In April, ING complemented its conservative investment offering with the launch of the Orange Return 2027 II Fund . The two-year target return fund has an estimated return of 2.1% APR and will be available until September 15.
These two new launches add to ING's range of conservative funds. At the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company managed €2 billion in conservative funds, divided into €452 million in guaranteed funds, €362 million in target return funds, and €1.3 million in monetary funds. In total, the company has €6.5 trillion in assets under management in investment funds.
