Unicaja, which has launched an offensive on all fronts to grow and be profitable , also wants to attract numerous savers and has launched the 'Requetecuenta digital', a remunerated online account, aimed at new customers, which offers an attractive return of up to 3% APR during the first 12 months and for which they only need to direct deposit a payroll or pension of at least 600 euros per month.
This compensation applies to a maximum average balance of €20,000 . In addition, the bank offers a 1% refund on the total of major direct debit bills (water, electricity, gas, telephone, or internet) with an annual limit of €100. The 'Requetecuenta digital' pays quarterly and is available exclusively through the Unicaja website until August 31.
In addition to their salary, customers who direct deposit their payroll can benefit from additional benefits such as an overdraft of up to €500; a discount of up to 10% on life insurance; free access to the Uni Seguro Plan (allowing you to split up your insurance payments); digital banking services and free Bizum; and the option to withdraw cash with no fees at more than 14,000 ATMs.
