The President declared that vaping and its marketing " It is already prohibited in the Constitution ; In the next extraordinary session of Congress [in mid-June], one of the laws that we hope will be approved is the Health Law: [...] the sanctions that exist are already coming, because that regulatory part is still missing, for all those who introduce or sell vapes," the President assured.

Dr. Sheinbaum reiterated that, constitutionally, the vaping market is prohibited and that it is only necessary to generate sanctions against those who commit the crime of selling these products .

"It's already prohibited by the Constitution; what's missing is the secondary regulation to determine what penalties apply [...] who are the institutions that have to oversee its non-sale," Sheinbaum concluded.

We recommend: This is the fine for not respecting the Prohibition Law in Mexico City due to the judicial election.
