Symptoms of a heart attack that appear a month before the attack

A myocardial infarction occurs when an artery that supplies blood to the heart becomes blocked. Also known as a heart attack, it is estimated that more than 13,000 people in Spain die from this cause each year.
The symptoms are familiar: chest pain ; pain in other parts of the body such as the jaw, neck, back, and stomach; feeling dizzy or lightheaded; sweating; shortness of breath; an overwhelming feeling of anxiety (similar to a panic attack); coughing or wheezing.
But there are also symptoms that can appear a month before the attack occurs, as the Mirror reports in a report: abnormal levels of fatigue, interrupted sleep, and difficulty breathing.
It's important to note that symptoms don't usually match those of men and women . Women often report other symptoms, such as dizziness or vertigo; neck and jaw pain (often without chest pain); upper back pain; chest pressure; vomiting or nausea; heartburn or indigestion; and discomfort or tingling in one or both arms.
The main risk factors for an acute myocardial infarction are : smoking; a high-fat diet ; diabetes; high cholesterol; high blood pressure (hypertension); and being overweight or obese.
