AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX Series: Up to 96 Cores to Revolutionize Workstations

At Computex 2025, AMD unveiled its new Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX Series processors , aimed at professional workstations.
This family of processors is characterized by offering a high number of cores, large memory capacity and technologies oriented to business environments, highlighting the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX model with 96 cores and 192 threads.
The new chips feature up to 480MB of total cache, a boost frequency of up to 5.4GHz, and a TDP of 350W. They also include up to 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes, enabling optimal performance in configurations that utilize multiple graphics cards and high-speed storage devices.

The PRO line also integrates AMD PRO technologies, which provide enterprise-grade security, management, and stability features. This makes it easier for IT departments to deploy and maintain systems with critical workloads such as special effects rendering, physics simulations, and training complex AI models.
They will be available through manufacturers such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Supermicro by the end of 2025, as well as through system integrators specializing in professional solutions.
