Tried in immediate appearance this Friday, July 25 in Montpellier, three young men appeared for charges involving pimping, aggravated violence, carrying a weapon, and failure to assist a person in danger. The victim is a 22-year-old woman who was assaulted and exploited. Rhiley was sentenced to 30 months in prison, including 18 months with continued detention and 12 months with probation. Nelson, already convicted six times, received an eight-month sentence, including six months with probation and two months in detention. The victim explains that she prostituted herself occasionally for a year, via the SexModel website. She states that for several weeks, Rhiley had been forcing her to prostitute herself more, preventing her from sleeping, hitting her and taking her earnings. On the night of the incident, he allegedly took her into a wood to beat her and force her to undress, then filmed her naked, zooming in on her private parts. Other videos found on the defendant's phone show the man straddling her and slapping her buttocks.
