Under the name Bambi, Marie-Pierre Pruvot reigned over Parisian nights in the 1950s and 1960s, star of the cabarets Madame Arthur and Le Carrousel. More than ten years after the beautiful documentary dedicated to her by Sébastien Lifshitz, she published, at the age of 89, "Bambi. An Ordinary Life", a book in which she recounts her childhood in Algeria, her gender transition and her reconversion as a literature teacher. He, perched on the vertiginous heels of Paloma, his wigged double, was crowned queen in the first edition of the show "Drag Race" , in 2022. Since then, Hugo Bardin has performed on stage in "Paloma au PluriElles", had a column in "Quotidien", is currently acting in the theater in "Que d'espoir!" and is preparing a film inspired by the life of Bambi. A complicit dialogue between two queens.
