I subscribeWhen she won her Victoire de la musique classique on March 5, Lucile Richardot improvised a short, well-felt and slightly sarcastic speech, in that mocking tone for which she has the secret. But, at the heart of the pleasant, even joking remarks, a completely serious conviction summed up her secret: "Chi va piano va sano." The mezzo-soprano thanked those who, from her first steps in a choir school in her native Épinal to the international operatic stages, gave her the time to find her voice and her path, to mature her singular talent.
