There are museums of all sizes and on just about every theme, even the most disconcerting, starting with the Scouting Museum in Thorey-Lyautey. It's worth a visit even if you don't know who Baden-Powell is, and you'll be just fine for it.
A Scouting museum. The concept seems improbable. Yet it has indeed become a reality. And it's happening here in Meurthe-et-Moselle. In Thorey-Lyautey, to be precise, south of Nancy. It was there that the first museum dedicated to the movement, created in the last century by Robert Baden-Powell, was founded in the mid-1980s.
