Toul. With "Rayonances," the city kicks off a colorful summer

It was in the green setting of the Jardin des Poètes that the City opened its summer season this Saturday, June 28, to a large family audience. This year, the municipality is focusing on cultural escape, the sweetness of encounters and the magic of light, with a program accessible to all, combining concerts, exhibitions, Estiv'all, Toul Plage... and above all a major new feature that is already unanimously acclaimed: the "Rayonances" light trail.
