What to do in Dordogne this week?

It's going to be a hot week in the Dordogne. So to refresh your ideas, "DL" is here to give you a rundown of the activities to do in the region this week.
Cherval. Cherval in Lights "The Boatmen of the Dordogne", in the church, from 10:15 p.m., until August 5. Prices: 20 euros, 15 euros, 10 euros and 5 euros.

Les Eyzies. Conference "Showing the Invisible," at 6:30 p.m., at the National Museum of Prehistory.

Saint-Astier. The municipality is relaunching its Summer Tuesdays with gourmet food stalls and a variety of concerts at Petit Pré, on the banks of the Isle. Information: 05 53 02 42 80.

TomorrowBeaumont-du-Périgord. Garage sales and local designer market every Wednesday in July and August, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., central square and rue Foussal.

Boulazac-Isle-Manoire. The Grand Périgueux Tourist Office and SNCF Ter Nouvelle-Aquitaine offer "Rail Escapes" to Sarlat. Departures are at 8:44 a.m. from Boulazac station, or at 8:49 a.m. from Niversac station. This day trip, accompanied by a tour guide, allows you to discover the history of the railway and the treasures of the Périgord Noir. The full price is 32 euros.
