A call for applications has been launched in Monaco to operate a state-owned premises of nearly 600m2 opposite the Jardin Exotique (are you interested?)

This Friday, the Prince's Government announced the opening of a call for applications for a state-owned commercial and/or service premises located opposite the Exotic Garden. The State Property Administration is offering for rent a 584m2 premises "in their raw state" , on the first floor of the building located at 97-98 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, at the western entrance to the Principality.
"These premises are intended exclusively for commercial or service activities, including catering. Office or industrial activities are not eligible," the Prince's executive specifies.
For those interested, an application form can be downloaded from the Prince's government website (http://monentreprise.gouv.mc/actualites) or can be collected from the offices of the Administration des Domaines (*) . Visits to the said premises will be organized on Wednesday, June 25 (from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.) and Thursday, July 3 (from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.). The deadline for submitting applications to the Administration des Domaines has been set for Friday, July 25 at 12 p.m., "at the latest" .
