Clairvaux-les-Lacs. Aged 21, this Clairvalien opens his first wine bar

This new venue will offer a refined selection from its cellar. In his Vercelli and Vintage wine bar, Enzo Vercelli will showcase 200 wines from across France, sourced exclusively from independent winemakers.

"I selected them all myself," assures the manager, who will open the doors of his business on July ^1st at 36 Grande Rue. At the bar, you can taste wines, draft beers, cocktails, classic aperitifs, as well as some exceptional digestifs like great Armagnacs. To accompany the drinks, sharing platters made exclusively from quality products will be offered.

A native of the commune, Enzo Vercelli is no novice in the world of hospitality and catering. After earning a baccalaureate in hotel and catering science and technology at the Lycée de Poligny, he continued his studies with a BTS in hotel and catering management through a work-study program, notably at the renowned Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, then at the Hôtel Parenthèse in Chille, where he developed "his love of wine."

After obtaining his degree in April at the Wine Business School in Lyon, still on a work-study program with a wine wholesaler, he took a trip abroad to discover other terroirs before fully embarking on this project.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs spanning four generations, Enzo Vercelli is partnering with his father, Olivier, and his former boss, Romain, for this venture. Starting this summer, he plans to create two seasonal jobs, followed by one year-round position.

Vercelli and Millésimes will be open daily during the summer season, and then on weekends for the rest of the year. A new, ideal location for lovers of fine wines.
