Moyeuvre-Grande. When elected officials and doctors are mobilized for the construction of a health center

The entrance to the town of Moyeuvre-Grande is getting a facelift. On one side of the road, a residential complex is under construction; on the other, a nursing home is emerging. The foundation stone for the latter was laid just a few days ago. Work is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026. This is a relatively short timeframe since the start of this project, which was one of the commitments of Mayor Franck Roviero before he was elected in 2020.
To date, the municipality does not yet suffer from a shortage of healthcare professionals for its approximately 7,320 inhabitants, but according to the elected official, it is important to anticipate: "Our population is aging. The average age is over 60, and in the last two years, two general practitioners have retired and have not been replaced. We want to prevent a shortage. As they say, prevention is better than cure."
